Forging Ethiopia's Next
Software Engineers & Innovators.
An intensive 7-week residential computer science and systems programming institute hosted at the Dodola Special Boarding Campus. Providing 100% full-ride scholarships, 25+ expert teaching assistants, a regional tech immersion field trip across Oromia, and weekly EUEE academic masterclasses.
Why ShasheCoders?
Operating with an independent capital commitment of over 4M+ ETB annually, ShasheCoders is not a typical summer camp. It is Ethiopia's premier residential computing incubator, architected to transform high-potential secondary school minds into world-class systems engineers, competitive problem solvers, and academic national record holders.
CORE PILLARS & RESIDENTIAL EXCELLENCE
π Swipe cards πOfficial Diploma of Honors
Graduates earn the official ShasheCoders Academy Diploma of Honors endorsed by Dodola Special Boarding School and senior faculty from Addis Ababa University, providing verified institutional proof of algorithmic mastery, full-stack architecture, and production engineering.
80+ Elite Alumni Network
Scholars join a close-knit, lifelong fraternity of top-tier performers. Our inaugural 80 alumni maintain an active peer network spanning top national boarding schools, Olympiad training groups, and elite university applications across the globe.
Shipped Production Systems
Scholars don't just solve toy problems; teams engineer full-stack, database-backed municipal software applications presented directly to civic stakeholders during Week 7 Demo Day, graduating with live deployed codebases on GitHub.
Weekly EUEE & Olympiad Strategy Masterclasses
Ethiopian secondary scholars face intense academic competition. ShasheCoders uniquely pairs deep computational education with weekly strategic masterclasses on the Ethiopian University Entrance Examination (EUEE), advanced calculus problem-solving, and international competition readiness, taught directly by national record holders:
National academic standout scoring 592 on the exit exam and admitted to Harvard University (Class of 2030). Directs weekly masterclasses on mathematical decomposition, discrete proofs, competitive olympiad problem analysis, and high-performance academic discipline.
Achieved the second-highest score nationally (590/600) on the Ethiopian national examination and finalist in the International Computer Science Competition (ICSC). Directs strategic entrance examination execution, time optimization under pressure, and algorithmic problem intuition.
